The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the CEO and as a member of the Senior Leadership Team, the HR Director will play a critical role in shaping and delivering the people strategy for a growing and ambitious organisation.
This is a strategic leadership role with responsibility for all aspects of Human Resources, including organisational development, workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee engagement, leadership development, employee relations and HR governance. The successful candidate will work closely with the CEO and senior leaders and ensure CLS has the talent, capability and organisational effectiveness required to support continued growth and deliver exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a people strategy that supports CLS's commercial objectives, growth ambitions and organisational culture.
Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and Senior Leadership Team on all people-related matters.
Lead workforce planning, succession planning and organisational development initiatives to support future business requirements.
Partner with business leaders to ensure workforce availability and capability aligns with client commitments, operational requirements and business growth plans.
Contribute to strategic business development initiatives, including client proposals, workforce solutions and organisational capability planning.
Lead talent acquisition and employer branding strategies to attract, develop and retain high-performing employees.
Drive employee engagement, internal communications, wellbeing and culture initiatives that support a positive and high-performing workplace.
Develop leadership capability through coaching, performance management and learning and development programmes.
Provide strategic oversight of employee relations, organisational change and employment law compliance.
Leverage HR technology, people analytics and workforce insights to support informed business decision-making.
Lead, develop and inspire the HR team to deliver a personable, professional, commercially focused and customer-oriented HR service.
Skills, Experience and Qualifications
Degree qualified in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline; CIPD qualification or Chartered CIPD membership desirable.
Significant experience in a senior HR leadership role, partnering with executive teams to support business growth and organisational performance.
Demonstrated success in developing and implementing people strategies that deliver measurable business outcomes.
Strong commercial awareness and the ability to align HR initiatives with organisational objectives.
Experience leading organisational development, workforce planning, talent management and employee engagement initiatives.
Excellent knowledge of Irish employment legislation and HR best practice.
Strong leadership, influencing and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels.
Experience operating within a regulated, professional services, life sciences, healthcare or similar environment would be advantageous.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving organisation and balancing strategic priorities with operational delivery.
